Brookings, South Dakota – Capitaline Advisors (“Capitaline”), a private equity firm specializing in farmland and renewable energy investing, is pleased to announce the addition of Brayden Carlson.

For the 2014 Spring semester, Brayden, a senior at South Dakota State University, will be joining Capitaline for an internship under the title “Financial Analyst”.

Brayden, a Brookings native, elected to stay close to home by attending SDSU. Brayden chose SDSU for its academics, its basketball program, and its proximity to family and friends.

During his time at SDSU, Brayden has received a number of academic awards, including being selected as a First-Team Academic All-American – the first at SDSU since 1972. In addition, Brayden has been voted Capital One Academic All-District Team and the Summit League All-Academic Team. Brayden has also served on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and has been actively involved with Samaritan’s Feet.

With a 3.94 G.P.A., Brayden will be graduating Summa Cum Laude in May with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from South Dakota State University.
