Relations. Mr. Jostad has over 12 years of securities industry experience
having served as an Investment Advisor for Piper Jaffray & Co. and
Brookings Federal Bank between 1990 and 2002. Mr. Jostad earned his bachelor's
degree in health, physical education and recreation from South Dakota
State University in 1964, and his master's degree in education in 1968.
